In those early days, ProfessioNAIL’s founder recognised that the world lacked a company which specialised in the provision of full service nail care at affordable prices.

“Got a voucher for it. Booked for a massage the first time. By the time of booking, been told that massager couldn’t make it. Better to come back later. Booked again coz really didn’t want to waste the voucher. Triple checked with the receptionist about the booking time. Popped in on time, been told there was a double booking for that time. I had to wait another hour if I wanted to have the massage. No improvement, no genuine apology, no nothing! Worst experience ever, worst customer service ever, Never ever come back and will not recommend it to anyone.”
