“I went there for a hair cut and came away with the impression they are not hairdressers and the worst haircut ever. The manageress did say she was not qualified and her senior hairdresser had less than 4 years experience at that time. She charged me a lot to straighten my hair with perming lotion, then tying my hair back. A back yard job. I had it fixed at Toni and Guys, who charge a lot also but they know their job.”
