”Bought a scoopon, when arrived they asked me what i was having done i said whatever the scoopon colour allowed and gave them the scoopon . Spent 4 hours in the salon as they booked too many people in & carried on amongst themselves . Went to leave and she informed me i needed to pay the $20 for toner then an extra $80 for colour i argued with her for 20 mins as wasnt informed this when started as i said i wanted whatever scoopon entailed but she was very rudeand told me “well extra colour is common sense” so couldnt be bothered arguing any longer. Would not go back purely for the customer service. Scoopon beware even if u negotiate cost for what your having done at start theyll try do whatever they want when you leave. ”

”I booked an appointment for 10.30 with a scoopon. We settled the charges before i had my cut, treatment and ombre done. We settled for $125. It was a bit slow, they had to redo my colour we eventually finished at about 4pm. They charged me $215 at the register. Mum, upgraded to the full head of foils package. She has short hair was pressured into buying a “relaxing” hair product which was fine. Was charged the same amount as myself. (Logically my hair is twice her length and thickness.. its ridiculous to charge us the same). When i tried to negotiate the transaction one of the ladies was completely rude about it. She was denying that it was a full head of foils that she had done, tried to convince me that mum had an ombre (we all know what an ombre is).. i was also charged $35 for my toner instead of $20 ontop of other uneccesary and inaccurate extras. She also made a mistake while manually adding up the charges and refused to fix it. Told us she had no time for this and to come back and negotiate on monday. I have everything in writing that proves we were ripped off. Obviously we didnt bother going back, it just isnt worth the effort. If you are STILL keen on coming here you should settle the payments first. Get everything down in writing so you are sure that they cant charge you extras or change their minds about the prices.”
