Reviews
“I have been using Subi sports massage clinic for a few years now (originally a recommendation, and in my books nothing beats word of mouth) and I can’t speak highly enough of the various therapists I have seen at different times.
They have always been courteous and professional and what I appreciate the most are their expertise in knowing how best to help you, weather it is (in my personal experience) injury recovery, tight or strained muscles.
Trevor is a top level senior therapist and I would highly recommend seeing him as his experience and knowledge of how the body and muscles work along with the various treatment methods he knows are 2nd to none.
Trevor has always ensured that my comfort level during treatment is paramount and will also happily explain and answer any questions I have along with recommending exercises for me that will help posture, ease tension or aid injury recovery.”
“Paid for 45 minutes, got just over 30, charged for 45 and it was mediocre at best… (also then got told by the receptionist “she would have noticed if the session started late – well guess what, you didn’t)
Won’t go back there, won’t recommend.”
“Rate this clinic as the best in Perth (I’ve I’ve tried a lot)!
Jaye – one of there senior therapists is unbelievable at knowing exactly what’s going on with your sore muscles. She has helped me so much during the last few weeks of intense pregnancy pains (I could barely walk) – and more recently – being back at thrashing the gym daily!
Reception staff have always been so helpful and polite. They try hard to fit me in where possible.
Can’t wait to be able to visit again!”
“Had two sessions with elana. She did some work using he great assessment on my psoas muscle, i had no idea this muscle was the root of my back pain. Other professionals said it was my QL. Well i have to say she was spot on. Have had two runs since ( not having run for a month) and am delighted to say pain free for first time in ages. Now i can get back to some proper training. Thanks elena. Please pass message on. Amanda walker”
“Unfortunately my experience didn’t meet my expectations. The treatment was fine the problem i experienced was more with the customer service. As a new client I filled in all the necessary information and waited in the waiting room until my name was called out. A therapist took me through to the treatment room and asked what the problem was, so i explained. 10 to 15 mins later another therapist knocked on the door and said there had been a mix up in clients and i was supposed to be getting treated by her. Because of this mistake i would only receive 45 mins treatment but i was booked in for one hour. At the reception i was refunded the difference in the treatment time. However i mentioned i wasn’t really happy about the whole situation, to which i was met with the response ” well you did answer to someone else’s name “. I accept mistakes happen but i do not accept to be fully responsible for someone else’s incompetence. We fill out the forms for a reason with all our details, my name is very clear and should be checked when that document is handed over to the therapist otherwise what is the point in filling it out in the first place? I did not hear the name that was called out in the waiting room and neither did the other gentleman who was waiting with me. I hope after this review the proper protocol is met in the future and hope my experience was a one off. Due to the sports i play and injuries i have had, I am a regular at sports clinics and this has never happened to me before. I apologised on my part but in hindsight i shouldn’t have had to and i left feeling stressed and agitated by what was said to me.”
