I started working as a massage therapist 15 years ago. Starting with the basics of remedial massage then expanding my knowledge to move into the area of fixing pain.

Over the past 15 years I have studied many forms of body work under many great teachers. I feel that Steve Lockhart’s approach (SLM Myotherapy) has brought all that I have learnt together in a simple and effective way of working on the body and fixing back pain.

Treatments

Pain Relief

Have you done the rounds of therapies but still have your back pain? I see a lot of people that have done exactly that and I am continually amazed at how effective SLM Myotherapy is at fixing most pain in the body.

SLM Myotherapy is a fast and effective treatment for fixing most pain in the body including:
• Lower back pain
• Neck pain
• Headaches
• Frozen shoulder
• RSI
• Mid and upper back pain
• Hamstring problems
• Shin splints
• Knee problems

If your pain is recent or you have had it for years I am confident that I will be able to help you.
The amount of treatments that you need will depend on your current state of health and strength and how long you have had the pain.

Cost is $100 per treatment and the treatment is for an hour.

Peak Performance

Just like your car needs to be serviced regularly to keep it running smoothly and efficiently, your body is no different.

If you want to perform at your peak potential, you will need to have your body free from any imbalances.

The peak performance treatments are best done in the preseason before any hard training is started but they are also effective in other circumstances as well.  This package is for 5 treatments, that must be scheduled a week or 2 weeks apart. This is important as each treatment builds on the previous treatment.
