“I was going to this salon for over a year. I cancelled my bliss passport on 29 August. You are meant to give them 30 days written notice which I did by email. Now I have had a 5th payment (3 days after the 30 days notice) come out of my account. My email to them has bounced back. I’ve had to resort to writing this on their facebook page in the hope that they will: 1. Refund my $35 & 2. Not take any more of money.”
