SHIPPING INFO

We deliver your order by express freight service nationwide.
Most orders are delivered within 20 – 25 Business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times & additional freight charges (confirmed at the time of order). Areas not serviced by DHL are forwarded by a DHL partner company.
Please note:
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, street address must be supplied for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays due to freight handling.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy / Money Back Guarantee
If products manufactured by Custom Made Clothing do not match the design of the artwork approved or match the quality of the sample provided, a full 100% refund (less shipping cost) will be issued if we cannot replace the products with the correct artwork or desired product quality within 30 working days.

WARRANTY
Custom Made Polo Shirts does offer a replacement or repair warranty on faulty goods to be found defective as a result of poor workmanship, subject to conditions of use. (conditions of use to be decided by Custom Made Polo Shirts) This warranty period extends for 30 days from the date of delivery of goods, and not the date of use of goods.
