Payment

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Direct Deposit.

If you are not comfortable using your credit/debit card online please contact us on 0423 508 763 to arrange an alternative payment method.

Goods paid for by direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider that in some cases it may take up to 4 working days to see cleared funds.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).Yummy Mummies & Mini Me reserves the right to change prices at anytime, including items on sale, without notice.

Product availability

At Yummy Mummies & Mini Me we maintain good stock levels but from time to time, things will be out of stock.

If we are unable to supply you with your chosen item/s we will contact you via email. You may then choose to cancel your order, choose an alternative product or back-order your item. Your back-order will be shipped to you the day it arrives back in stock.

Postage
Yummy Mummies & Mini Me uses Australia Post for all Australian orders.

We have multiple postage rates for our products. Our larger items will specify on it’s product page if the postage is more than our capped rate of $9.00. So unless specified in it’s product page, we have two postage rates for our products.

Postage will be calculated upon checkout, but you will notice the postage cost added in your shopping bag balance straight away.

If you are purchasing one small item, for example; a hair clip or a pair of Huggalugs, the postage rate is $4.50 and sent to you via regular post (within Australia). For all other orders (within Australia), including multiple small items, the postage rate is $9.00.

Any Australian orders over $200.00 will be posted to you with no added postage cost.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and please note that some stock may be sent to you directly from our supplier on our behalf.

We are more than happy to post to our New Zealand and other international customers. Please contact us to receive a quote for postage costs.

Returns

We hope you love your new purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item price. You must however; return your goods within 14 working days of the dispatch date. The original postage cost is not refundable.

The item must be in the original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, and you wish to return your item, we will refund the item price and postage costs (pending inspection and assessment).

We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, so please choose carefully.

When returning goods please fill out the returns section at the bottom of your receipt and post with your garment/s to:
