“They claim to do waxing and massage. Angel (manager) recommended Jenny. Jenny was crazy. Her personality is very hard, almost angry. Angel even said so when I was on the table. I was in for a manzilian, legs, arms and back. I had no idea what I was in for. I had hardly any hair on my arms and back and Jenny only had time for manzilian and legs. What should have taken 1 hour, Jenny (who had 6 months more experience than Angel) took almost 2 hours and damaged the skin by pulling the wrong way to roughly near my crotch. I also had booked 30 min massage, she didn’t do hardly any massage as she kept saying after the wax and during my massage she was dead. Massage was 15 mins and charged me $40. The wax was meant to be $120 (a special) for all areas and Angel charged me $100 for the 2 body parts. Even if it was free, I wouldn’t visit this business again.”
