“After about 30mins of leaving here I had a shellac nail bubble went back to get it fixed and then had another nail bubble. It’s now only been a week and they are bubbling and cracking. Very disappointing”

“THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! i just left this salon and i am in pure pain. i have been getting my nails done for as long as i can remember and today i feel like throwing in the towel in with Sydney nail salons. Today i got a mani pedi with acrylic and shellac costing me $140 the job was rushed and done very poorly, the service was DISGUSTING, and i walked out crying as my finger is totally ripped apart. I am in agony.

“I’ve been going to this salon for the last 6 months as a friend recommended them for their shellac service. I have tried many nail salons over the years with mixed results, but the ladies at Nail Design are all excellent. I admit that I only really have shellac done, so I can’t comment on their other services, but having had shellac done at other salons I can say that this salon is the best. They easily do my hands and feet at the same time and I’m in and out quickly. I have sent many of my friends to this salon for the same service and they have all raved about it too. There’s also easy parking in Westfield (2 hours free).”

“Was a bit skeptical at first about this salon, $120 for half head of highlights cut and blow dry without a voucher??!!! Seemed to good to be true! However I was pleasantly surprised when not only did I love the color and cut I ended up with, i also had a very enjoyable time talking with the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone counting your pennies and still want to leave the salon feeling like a million bucks”
