TAKE 5 ENERGIZE first started in 2007 with our state of the art massage lounge.

The Take 5 team have provided our clients with various tailored treatments designed to “lift you up” in a relaxing way.

Our lounge offers a range of seated massage options, refreshments, electric foot massage, instant heat packs, hydrating face sprays and much more.

However, due to the closure of our lounge at the Docklands as a result of technical failure of the Southern Star Wheel over the last few years we have been working on introducing our own product range that is also tailored to assist in physical relaxation, sports injuries and making you feel good.

We have a small but choice range of products available to purchase online.

Convenient and affordable, we have Instant Heat Packs that are activated with the simple click of a metal disk – great for those sore muscles and also great for staying warm on those chilly days. We have Travel Packs to help in making your journey, whether it be long or short, much more enjoyable and comfortable.

At Take 5 Energize we not only want to help you physically feel good but also look good! Our current range includes Micro-Current Facial Rejuvenator, Facial Hydration Spray and Lip balm.

We are very excited about our latest product that was designed by Barbara beingi the POCKET BALL range. There are currently 7 designs available all various sports balls. This new brand is going to be further developed over the next 12 months to incorporate cold packs and larger packs to accommodate the therapeutic aspect.

We are also always looking to provide interesting information for our clients that will assist in their Health, Beauty and Fitness.
