We use Australia Post for all deliveries, both within Australia and overseas.
We will do our best to despatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase.
If there is likely to be a delay, we will advise you via email.

Alternatively, you may choose to collect from the store closest to you, for no charge.  Please wait until you receive an email with a link to follow which will advise you that your item/s are ready for collection.

RETURNS
Should you receive an item that does not fit or the item you chose is not quite what you are after, we offer a 14 day exchange period. Email info@thatshop.com.au within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. Please act promptly as this will allow you to get it back to us within the exchange period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached.  It must be in the original packaging.

We cannot offer exchange on sale items.

We do not accept exchanges on swimwear, beauty products or pierced jewelry.

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or refund.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact as explained above.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.

We strongly encourage you to take your measurements exactly as described below and then Chat with us for help.  With our product knowledge and your exact measurements, together we will choose the right size in each style that interests you.
HOW TO MEASURE – in inches if possible please.

Bust – measure yourself straight around with favourite bra on and over the largest part of your bust.

Waist – we need your true old fashioned high waist. Measure straight around the smallest part of your torso. This will be approx 2 inches perhaps 3 inches ABOVE your navel.  If you are unsure where to measure – stand in front of the mirror, bend to the side and note the spot that creases first.  This is where you should measure your waist.

Hips – measure straight around and over the LARGEST part of your bottom end. We need the biggest measurement you get going straight around in your bottom area.  For some it will be over your bottom, for others it will be higher on your hip.

Trust us with your exact measurements!  Don’t add a little, or take a little away, give us exact measurements and let us make the necessary adjustments based on our style, fabric and body shape knowledge.
